Service Description
We focus on water safety and building essential swim skills tailored to each student's current abilities. We meet students where they are in their swim journey, providing personalized instruction to boost confidence and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience in the water.
Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule a swim lesson in your Bookings tab up to one month before the lesson; these class credits will stay in your account until their expiration date. To reschedule a lesson after that time, please contact us by email at least 24 hours before the start of the swim lesson. Swimmers may accrue up to 1 makeup lesson per session due to illness, and makeups are dependent on instructor and pool availability. We respect your financial circumstances as well as our own, which is why we do our best to accommodate makeup lessons but cannot guarantee them and they do not carry over to the next session.
